Аннотация: Вступ. Сучасні ендоваскулярні методи корекції важкого аортального стенозу передбачають детальний мофрометричний аналіз кореня аорти та суміжних структур. Мета роботи. Провести морфометричний аналіз цибулини аорти, вимірюючи висоту правої, лівої, задньої пазух аорти; відходження вічок правої та лівої вінцевих артерій серед жінок з важким аортальним стенозом при виконанні комп’ютерної томографії аорти з контрастуванням. На основі одержаних результатів провести модель прогнозування розмір досліджуваних структур. Об’єкт і методи дослідження. Об’єкт дослідження – цибулина аорти та вічка вінцевих артерій у осіб жіночої статті з важким аортальним стенозом. Метод дослідження – комп’ютерна томографія аорти з контрастним підсиленням, математичні та статистичні розрахунки. Результати. У дослідження включені зображення комп’ютерної томографії 26 пацієнток з важким аортальним стенозом, середній вік становить 64,92±14,07 років. Дані морфометричного аналізу: висота задньої пазухи аорти складає 19,42±2,68 мм, висота лівої пазухи аорти – 18,64±2,39 мм, висота правої пазухи аорти 17,59±2,41 мм. Висота відходження нижнього та верхнього країв вічка правої вінцевої артерії – 10,88±3,45 мм та 14,19±2,58 мм, вічка лівої вінцевої артерії – 11,20±2,27 мм та 14,72±2,63 мм відповідно. За результатами лінійного кореляційного аналізу встановлений прямий сильний взаємозв’язок між висотою задньої пазухи аорти та висотою лівої пазухи аорти (r=+0,74, р=0,004), та середній з висотою відходження вічка лівої вінцевої артерії (r=+0,63, р=0,02). Доведений прямий сильний кореляційний зв’язок між висотою лівої пазухи аорти та висотою відходження вічка лівої вінцевої артерії (r=+0,83, р=0,0005). Аналогічно доведений прямий сильний кореляційний зв’язок поміж висотою правої пазухи аорти та висотою відходження вічка правої вінцевої артерії артерії (r=+0,84, р=0,0004). Використанням мультифакторного регресійного аналізу виявив суттєвий сильний прямий регресійний вплив на рівень висоти правої пазухи аорти віку, зросту, ваги, індексу маси тіла. Зокрема доведено прямий вплив віку, зросту та індексу маси тіла і зворотній вплив ваги на рівень висоти правої пазухи аорти. Лінійні рівняння побудованої логістичної моделі пройшли перевірки ефективності роботи після проведення розрахунків прогнозованих значень висоти правої пазухи аорти для двох різних за антропометричними та віковими параметрами досліджуваних пацієнтів. Висновки. У осіб жіночої статі з важким аортальним стенозом при аналізі цибулини аорти на КТ зображеннях відсутні доведені парні кореляційні зв’язки поміж віковими і антропометричними показниками з морфометричними параметрами (висотою пазух аорти та висотою відходження вінцевих артерій). Встановлено прямий взаємозв’язок між висотою пазух аорти та висотою відходження вічка вінцевих артерій.

Аннотация: Cardiovascular diseases remain the main cause of death worldwide. Coronary heart disease is most common among women causing early mortality, disability, and reduced quality of life. Purpose. To conduct a morphometric analysis of the coronary ostia in healthy women and in female patients with coronary artery disease assessing the interrelationship of age-anthropometric indicators. Materials and methods. Angiographic images of coronary arteries of healthy women (24 people) and women with coronary heart disease (32 people). Methods used were coronary angiography, mathematical and statistical calculations. Results. The height of the left coronary artery ostium (4.78±1.16 mm) is significantly bigger than the height of the right coronary artery ostium (3.94±0.98 mm) in women with coronary artery disease (p=0.003). Under normal conditions, similar differences were established: the height of the left coronary artery ostium 5.96±0.91 mm, and the height of the right coronary artery ostium 4.58±1.10 mm (p0.0001). The height of the ostia of the left (p0.05). When studying the complex influence of factors on the parameters of the studied vessels, a combined relationship between age and body surface area which had impact on the height of the right coronary ostium, as well as age and body weight influence on the height of the left coronary ostium were established. However, the pairwise correlation analysis did not establish a significant relationship between age and anthropological parameters. In healthy women, as well as in those with coronary artery disease, a direct correlation of medium strength with body weight (r=+0.49, p=0.014) and with the body surface area indicator (r=+0.63, p =0.001) was proved. Conclusions. Various interrelationships between the height of the right and left coronary ostia and age, height, weight, body mass index, and body surface area in women with andwithout coronary artery disease were established.
