У клінічних обстеженнях брало участь 88 дітей віком від 15 до 18 років, які були розподілені на 3 групи (основна група – 48 дітей з основними стоматологічними захворюваннями та надмірною масою тіла, група порівняння – 20 дітей з основними стоматологічними зазворюваннями та соматично здорові, та група контролю – 20 дітей, які були стоматологічно і соматично здорові). У дітей вивчали біохімічні показники ротової рідини. Проведені дослідження показали, що у всіх дітей з основними стоматологічними захворюваннями спостерігалося зниження місцевої неспецифічної резистентності, послаблення антиоксидантного захисту, посилення запальних процесів, дисбіотичний зсув, порушення функціональних реакцій в порожнині рота. У 8 щурів 1-місного віку проводили моделювання експериментального гіпотиреозу (2-а група). Інтактну групу (1 група) склали 8 щурів. У 3-й групі 7 щурів отримували комплекс на тлі експериментального гіпотиреозу. Тривалість дослідження становила 30 днів. Комплекс препаратів в умовах недостатності виявив значну карієс-профілактичну та пародонтопротекторну дію. Під дією комплексу виявлено збільшення активності лужної фосфатази в кістковій тканині пародонту та пульпі зубів, а також зниження активності кислої фосфатази в кістці альвеолярного відростка. У дослідженнях брали участь 20 дітей із хронічними гастроентерологічними захворюваннями. Усі пацієнти проходили комплексне обстеження основного захворювання та стоматологічного статусу за єдиною схемою. Стоматологічний огляд було проведено в умовах стоматологічного кабінету. В результаті проведених досліджень було встановлено, що дані про вплив генетичних поліморфізмів генів на стоматологічні показники, представлені в роботі, дозволяють розробляти ефективні методи прогнозування та лікування основних стоматологічних захворювань у дітей із хронічними гастроентерологічними захворюваннями. В дослідженнях приймали участь 34 пацієнта. Вони були розподілені на 2 групи (досліджувана група, до якої було залучено 22 пацієнти з пародонтитом різного ступеня важкості; контрольна група, до якої було залучено 12 здорових індивідуумів). Стоматологічний огляд було проведено в умовах стоматологічного кабінету. В результаті проведених досліджень було встановлено, що поліморфізм rs2275913 асоціювався з ризиком пародонтиту в алельній моделі і домінантній моделі. У клінічних обстеженнях брало участь 48 дітей віком від 15 до 18 років за критеріями «включення/виключення». Діти були поділені на 2 групи (основна група – 25 дітей та група порівняння – 23 дитини). У групі порівняння проводилася тільки базова терапія (санація порожнини рота і професійна гігієна). Пацієнтам основної групи призначали крім базової терапії розроблений лікувально-профілактичний комплекс. Застосування розробленого комплексу дозволило через 1 рік знизити активність запального процесу, підвищити антиоксидантний і неспецифічний антимікробний захист та нормалізувати мікробіоценоз порожнини рота. В дослідженнях приймали участь 34 пацієнта. Вони були розподілені на 2 групи (досліджувана група до якої було залучено 22 пацієнти з пародонтитом різного ступеня важкості; контрольна група до якої було залучено 12 здорових індивідуумів). Стоматологічний огляд було проведено в умовах стоматологічного кабінету. В результаті проведених досліджень було встановлено, що поліморфізм rs689466 асоціювався з ризиком пародонтиту в алельній моделі і домінантній моделі. У дослідженнях брали участь 116 дітей різного віку. Діти були поділені за віком на дві групи – 6–8 років (61 дитина) та 11–14 років (56 дітей) Усі діти проходили комплексне обстеження основного захворювання та стоматологічного статусу за єдиною схемою. Стоматологічний огляд було проведено в умовах стоматологічного кабінету. В результаті проведених досліджень було встановлено, що отримані дані є доказом підвищеної інтенсивності карієсу у дітей з сліпотою. У дослідженні взяли участь 67 пацієнтів з периімплантитом у віці від 25 до 55 років. Всім пацієнтам було проведено комплексне обстеження основного захворювання та стоматологічного статусу за єдиною схемою. Стоматологічне обстеження проводилося в умовах стоматологічного кабінету. Комплексний аналіз індексної оцінки стану тканин пародонта у пацієнтів з діагнозом периімплантит виявив виражене погіршення стану пародонта порівняно з середніми показниками серед демографічної групи 30-50 років в Україні. У дослідженні взяли участь 69 хлопчиків та 51 дівчинка віком від 5 до 14 років, яких було поділено на дві групи (84 пацієнта – основна група; 36 пацієнтів – група порівняння). Аденотомія у всіх випадках передувала ортодонтичному лікуванню. 82,14 % пацієнтів основної групи через рік після закінчення ортодонтичного лікування фіксувалися позитивні результати у вигляді правильного прикусу. В той же час тільки 36,11 % пацієнтів групи порівняння відмічалися такі ж результати лікування. Також виявилося, що фактором погіршення результатів лікування є поєднання декількох причин з боку назофарингеальної зони у конкретного пацієнта (алергічний риніт, зміщення носової перетинки), що ускладнює перебіг хвороби з менш гарантованим усуненням патології прикусу (42,11 %). Експериментальне дослідження було проведено на 36 білих щурах лінії Wistar обох полів (1 місяць, маса 100±5 г), яких поділили на 3 групи. Оцінювали ступінь атрофії альвеолярного відростка. У гомогенатах кісткової тканини щелеп визначали активність еластази, кислої фосфатази, лужної фосфатази, вміст кальцію та фосфору Результат аналізу вказує на превалювання процесів остеорезорбції над остеосинтезом. Запропонований лікувально-профілактичний комплекс виявив пародонтопротекторну дію, яка формувалась завдяки його властивостям підвищувати активність лужної фосфатази, вмісту кальцію та фосфору на тлі зниження кислої фосфатази та еластази в кістковій тканині альвеолярних відростків щурів, яким моделювали аліментарний D-дефіцитний пародонтит.
